1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Visina AI (www.visina.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of the platform.

2. The Service

Visina AI provides an AI-powered creative studio for generating images and videos using text prompts and reference images. The service is provided on a credit-based system — you purchase one-time credit packs to generate content.

3. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are purchased as one-time packs and are non-refundable once used for generation.
  • Credits expire 30 days after purchase. Unused credits are forfeited upon expiry.
  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits are unaffected.

4. Refund Policy

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that results in credits being incorrectly deducted, contact us at support@visina.ai and we will investigate and restore credits where appropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Visina AI to generate:

  • Content that is illegal under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction
  • Content that depicts minors in a sexual or harmful manner
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes) of real people
  • Content designed to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
  • Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Misinformation or propaganda intended to deceive

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using Visina AI, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your prompts and inputs solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Termination may result in forfeiture of unused credits. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@visina.ai.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Visina AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may be unpredictable in quality or accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visina AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.
